Race Credit

20 REGATTA/RACE COMMITTEE CREDITS

20.1 Credits will be awarded, in accordance with instructions 20.2 and 20.3, for skippering a boat in a regatta away from Windycrest, or serving on RC on a conflicting series race day.

20.2 Either a RC or a Regatta credit will be allowed for one race day per series.

20.3 Credits awarded will be the average of the scores of all the races a skipper sails in that club series.

20.4 Skippers desiring regatta credit shall notify the Fleet Captain in writing no later than the day of the race that the regatta credit is requested. Failure to notify the Fleet Captain in writing before or on the day of the race will result in no regatta credit being given.

Note: It is not assumed that you are requesting race credit scoring if you are serving on the Race Committee. If you want credit please notify the Fleet Captain and write your request on the score sheet.
